Manuscript languages: Ukrainian, English, Russian (mixed languages).

Target audience: scientists; teachers; PhD students; doctoral students; employees of library, archival and museum institutions; specialists of personnel and recruiting departments and agencies; community activists working in science, education and culture; anyone who is interested in issues of scientific discipline of documentation, document management and social communications.

The edition is approved as a specialized on history according to Resolution of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine on April 12, 2007 № 1-05/4. Collection is re-registered by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (Resolution №793 on March 4, 2014). Interdepartmental thematic collection «History of Science and Biographical Studies» is registered in the International Center of Periodicals (International Centre, Paris, France).

History of Science and Biographical Studies supports parallel archiving. All numbers are kept in the Vernadskyi National library of Ukraine.
