The article is based on highlighting the dynamics of the level of implementation of the main results of scientific research on innovative development and technology transfer of completed scientific developments during 2021–2023 and prospects for the following 2024–2025. Attention is focused on monitoring the reporting materials of scientific research institutions of the NAAS, which are executors of the scientific research program (SRP) of the NAAS No. 41 «Using the potential of agricultural science for the innovative development of agro-industrial production branches of Ukraine («Innovative Development).

Using a comparative and systematic approach, the multi-faceted scientific activity of institutions within three years was analyzed in relation to the tasks set for generalizing information with the adoption of further solutions to urgent problems provided for by the «Program of scientific research for 2021–2025 years («Innovative Development») in innovative and active segments of agro-industrial production. It is certified that the objects of research are tests, implementation of finished scientific developments on the basis of scientific institutions of various organizational and legal forms of ownership, as well as their scientific and consulting support. Examples of effective implementation of tasks for testing, implementation, and scientific consulting support for innovations in the implementation of the tasks of the scientific research program of the NAAS «Innovative Development» for 2021–2025 are given, and ways of improving such activities are proposed.

Based on the analysis of the innovative activities of the NAAS institutions at the regional level, a methodological base was formed that covers all aspects of the innovative development of the NAAS and creates prerequisites for the development of mechanisms for their implementation. It has been proven that the tasks of the innovative activity of the network of research institutions of the regional level of the NAAS, obtained during 2021–2023, are aimed at the further development of the innovative component of their scientific research and are a significant contribution to the creation of scientific foundations for the innovative and investment development of agricultural science and the formation of market infrastructure at the regional level in agriculture.
