Summary

The article examines the essence and application of the main legislative acts that ensure the objectivity of law in the system of information support of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine. Attention is focused on the regulatory acts that regulate information support at enterprises of the agro-industrial complex, regardless of the type of organization and form of ownership.

The main provisions of information legislation in the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine are disclosed. Its basic principles of legal regulation of social relations in the conditions of the formation of an information society, information legal relations, information culture and security as integral components of the information policy of Ukraine are highlighted.

Information systems in the agro-industrial complex are of great importance, which implies their introduction into production. Today, this trend is embodied in specific decisions. An important legal means of properly implementing measures to reform social relations in the agrarian sector of the economy is a scientifically substantiated, mutually agreed system of legislation of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine.

It is substantiated that the creation of effective laws on information protection in the context of national security reflects a key aspect of state governance in the era of information technologies. It is emphasized that ensuring the integrity, confidentiality and accessibility of state information is becoming a strategically important task for the full-fledged work of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine.

The methodological basis of the study was the principles of historicism, objectivity and scientificity. General scientific methods were used: analysis, synthesis, generalization, system analysis. A systemic approach was also used, based on the method of structural and functional analysis of legislative documents on the problem under study. The comprehensive application of the above methods contributed to obtaining new knowledge, determining their scientific value and significance. Special attention was paid to the study of sources, which ensured the scientific reliability of the results obtained.
