The article explores and highlights some pages of the history of the Three Holy Hierarchs Church of the 17th century from Pyshchyky village, Kyiv Region. Today, it is an exhibition object of the National Historical and Ethnographic Reserve «Pereiaslav». The purpose of the publication is to highlight unknown pages of the history of the Three Holy Hierarchs Church from Pyshchyky village, as well as its transportation and reconstruction, as architectural monuments of national importance to the territory of the Museum of Folk Architecture and Way of Life of the Middle Dnipro Region.

It is established that the exact date of the church foundation is unknown. However, the list of architectural monuments of the Ukrainian SSR of 1956 contains information about the Three Holy Hierarchs Church from Pyshchyky village, Skvyra. District, Kyiv Region, built in 1651 and used as a religious building for many centuries. Unfortunately, the church, as many others, was closed after Bolsheviks came into power in Ukrainian villages, military takeover in russia in 1917 and starting the religious persecution. It was found that the church was not used for the purpose, began to fall into decay and was destroyed from the 1930s to the 1980s. In order to preserve the monument of folk architecture 1981s, it was decided to move it to the territory of the open-air museum in Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi and create an exposition of the Ukrainian Rushnyk Museum in it.
