08 БІОЕНЕРГЕТИКА М’ЯЗОВОЇ АКТИВНОСТІ ЛЮДЕЙ І ТВАРИН: ВИТОКИ ТА СУЧАСНИЙ СТАН повна стаття

Короткий огляд

На сьогодні відомо, що енергію для ресинтезу АТФ та рухової активності людина і тварина отримують переважно із трьох субстратів: креатинфосфату (при короткотривалій і високопотужній роботі) глюкози (під час субмаксимального навантаження середньої тривалості) та жирів (у процесі легкої і довготривалої роботи). Наукові знання про енергозабезпечення м’язової активності формувалися в фізіологічній, а згодом у біохімічній галузях пізнання з кінця ХІХ ст. В основу виділення етапів розвитку біоенергетики нами покладено критерій домінування матеріально-технічних можливостей, методик дослідження, ідей, гіпотез, теорій, відкриттів у царині фізичних випробувань різної потужності та умов енергогенерування. У роботі виділено чотири хронологічно-розмитих етапи досліджень біоенергетики м’язової діяльності. Перший етап: зародження наукових уявлень про біоенергетику м’язової активності (кінець ХІХ ст.). На цьому етапі було відкрито глікоген, сформовано уявлення про те, що вуглеводи ‒ єдине паливо, яке організм використовує для скорочення м’язів; зроблено перші комплексні дослідження енергетичного обміну. Другий етап: біоенергетика анаеробного забезпечення швидкісно-силової активності (перша половина ХХ ст.). Зусилля дослідників було переважно спрямовано на вивчення ролі та перетворень АТФ, креатинфосфату, глюкози, молочної кислоти тощо. Третій етап: біоенергетика аеробного забезпечення фізичної активності на різних рівнях організації біоситем оргнанізму (середина ХХ ст. ‒ триває досі). Четвертий етап: енергозабезпечення роботи на ультравитривалість в результаті діяльноті мікробіоти (дискусійний) та використання кетосполук, формування нової наукової та освітньої галузі ‒ цитологія фізичної активності (кінець ХХ ст.‒ триває досі). У 60-і ‒ 70-і рр. ХХ ст. поряд з фізіологією (рівень організму та систем органів) та біохімією (молекулярний рівень) виокремився цитологічний (клітинний рівень) м’язового функціонування і його біоенергетики. Вважаємо, що на сьогодні вже накопичено значний обсяг наукової інформації щодо характеристик клітинного рівня м’язової діяльності. Розглянуті у роботі проблеми виходять за рамки біохімії та фізіології, тому вже визріла необхідність виокремлення нової наукової та освітньої галузі ‒ цитологія фізичної активності. Отже, студіювання процесу становлення й розвитку зазначеної галузі пізнання є актуальною проблемою сучасної історії науки, біології, медицини та спорту. Обрану тему визначено нами як мету оглядового дослідження. Пошук літератури здійснено на основі ключових слів в електронних базах даних PubMed та SPORTDiscus.
