Policy on Obtaining Permissions for Conducting Research

If a scientific article manuscript includes results of research involving humans or animals, the editorial board will require the author(s) to provide copies of approvals from bioethics committees (commissions). Such approvals are official documents (certificates, extracts from protocols, statements, etc.) that are properly issued, registered, and signed by authorized persons.

The author(s) must submit a copy of the approval as a separate file together with the manuscript. The author(s) may also provide this file upon request of the editorial board if it was not included at the time of submission.
